WHAT IS XT25 

It's for people with busy lives, that want to get fit, quick!

 

XT25 is designed to get you sweating and shedding those last few stubborn kilos within limited time, before you can say “I LOVE XT25”. 

 

It uses a series of complete body and functional movements with high intensity intervals and short rest periods. 
 

Sessions are 30 minutes, consisting of 10 exercise stations (per round).

Each station will be 25 seconds in length, followed by a well-deserved 10 second ‘rest period’. To reach your 30 minute training session you will need to complete 5 rounds - yes, that’s all!

 

WHAT TO EXPECT & WHERE?

XT25 sessions are held at our Northern Beaches Studio Aka. HQ! 

You will be put through your paces by our ‘XT Guru’ in a friendly and fun 'group' environment. Private sessions are available, if preferred.
