What type of people train at XT?

You, join us for your one free group session on Monday in an AM or PM time slot and see what it's like first hand.

How many people are in the group?

That will depend on the time and day of the session. Numbers in our group sessions can range from 4 - 15. All our sessions are designed for all fitness levels, so whether you are an Olympic athlete or just starting on your fitness journey, you don’t have to worry about what anyone else in the group is doing. We encourage you to work at your own pace.

 

Can I cancel or reschedule my Personal Training or Group session?

  • Cancelled, at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 50% of the session being charged. (24 hours from the time of the personal training session)

  • Rescheduled, sessions become the responsibility of the member, to ensure they are re-booked at the time or shortly after a canceled appointment. (Within the next three weeks or the sessions are fortified)

 

What happens if it rains?

Safety is important to XT fitness and all conditions will be taken in to account before the training session even commences. More importantly, XT fitness have a back-up venue for wet weather in the Elanora Heights area, so should it rain, training will proceed and our trainer will advise all members prior to the session.

 

Is there a joining fee?

No. Here at XT Fitness there is no joining fee. Once you have expressed an interest in training with us we will take your details and the training fee that has been agreed upon will be debited from your account, usually one week inadvance.

 

How much notice do I require to cancel my membership?

Members have a choice to either cancel or pause their accounts. At least 1 weeks’ notice is required and all that is required is a phone call to our trainer.

 

How are training packages and group sessions billed?

Member will have the nominated amount debited from their credit card or account one week prior to the training week. However 8 and 12 week Personal Training packages are billed at the start and half way through (week 4 and 6 respectively) to limit the financial burden.

 

Terms and Conditions apply to cancellation, pausing and re-booking of all Personal Training and Group Sessions.
