TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Payments: All payments for Personal Training and Group Sessions are to be made in advance. Member will have the nominated amount debited from their credit card or account one week prior to the training week. However 8 and 12 week Personal Training Packages are billed at the start and half way through (week 4 and 6 respectively). The Member may also choose to pay upfront, if preferred.

 

  • Session cancellations and rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, you must contact your trainer at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of your session. If you fail to do so you will be charged 50% of the fee and your session will be forfeited. Alterations to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of your trainer.

 

  • Group Training: If a Member of the group cancels or misses an appointment that Group Member will forfeit that session regardless of any prior notice given.

 

  • Trainer’s cancellation: In the event of unexpected absence or emergency, XT Fitness will contact you to reschedule your session as soon as possible. XT Fitness will accept no penalty.

 

  • Member’s leave: We request 7 days advance notice be given for any prolonged training absences.

 

  • Trainer’s leave or absence: Your trainer will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice for any prolonged trainer absences. You will be informed of alternative personal training options.

 

  • Health concerns: You must inform your trainer of any relevant injury or illness and will obtain a medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning (or restarting) training, if there are any medical concerns.

 

  • Medical freeze option: If you become ill or injured and have been advised by your doctor to temporarily discontinue training, you may freeze any remaining sessions for a period up to 3 months.

 

  • Liability: You accept that participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major.

 

  • Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions stated herein must be agreed by the Member, with a signature and dated during your initial sign-up with XT Fitness. This agreement of the T&C’s will apply to all future bookings and activities with XT Fitness. 

 

 

YOU ACCEPT THIS RISK AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR EXERCISE AND TRAINING.

You agree that XT FITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING AND EMPLOYEES will not be held liable for any injury or illness sustained during exercise and that you participate at your own risk. You also agree to disclose any injury or illness that may affect your ability to undertake exercise and to the best of your knowledge, and that you are ready and able to undertake this exercise program.
